The ultimate realisation is ‘Life is you’ or ‘as me’.

When you think about it, at the very beginning (if there was such a moment) there was ‘all there is/was’. You can call that God, Source, whatever.

So everything has to be part of that. Literally everything - the sun, the dirt between your toes, the atoms, sub atoms and the 'space between' that appears as nothing.

Hence, nothingness is everythingness - there is no such thing as separation - You, me, it…ALL CONNECTED, ALL ONE.

Which is why everywhere you turn you can see/hear/smell/touch God.

You and I, the trees, the birds, the water are all ‘expressions’ where the ultimate purpose is to experience the magnificence of Creation and reflect that back onto our higher self.

So it's not just a conceptual thing.

Which is why our physical bodies and duality exists.

You can’t experience great love without great suffering.

You can’t experience light without knowing darkness.

I believe this idea of ‘separation’ from God (you are here, God is there) is what has caused all the great suffering and wars in the world.

At the same time, there are no mistakes. A ‘mistake’ is simply a human perception.

Eckhart Tolle said it amazingly here:

“You are not IN the universe, you ARE the universe, an intrinsic part of it. Ultimately you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself. What an amazing miracle.”
